REFUND AND RETURN POLICY

At ELYAZIA, we take pride in the craftsmanship and purity of our solid precious metal collections. Given the high intrinsic value of our 10K–24K gold and 925 silver pieces, we maintain a rigorous return process to ensure the security and authenticity of our inventory.

1. THE 14-DAY LUXURY INSPECTION PERIOD

In accordance with the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have a period of 14 days from the day you receive your order to request a return.

  • To be eligible, the item must be in original, unworn, and pristine condition.
  • All original luxury packaging, including the GTC (Jewelry & Precious Metals) Certificate, must be included.
  • A $50 USD fee applies for any returned item missing its original laboratory certificate.

2. HYGIENE AND PERSONALIZATION EXCLUSIONS

For the protection of all our clients, the following items are strictly non-returnable and non-refundable:

  • Earrings and Body Jewelry: Due to international health and hygiene regulations, these items cannot be returned if the tamper-evident luxury seal has been broken.
  • Bespoke/Customized Orders: Any piece that has been personalized, engraved, or custom-sized to your specific requirements.

3. FORENSIC SECURITY INSPECTION (MANDATORY)

Due to the high purity of our metals (specifically 18K, 22K, and 24K gold), all returns are subject to a 48-hour Security & Purity Inspection upon arrival at our Authorized Returns Processing Centre.

  • XRF Testing: Every return is analyzed using X-Ray Fluorescence (XRF) to verify the metal's chemical composition and purity.
  • Weight Calibration: The item is weighed against its original dispatch weight (accurate to 0.001g).
  • Authentication: If a returned item is found to have been substituted with a plated, filled, or counterfeit version, no refund will be issued, and the incident will be reported as fraud.

4. RETURN LOGISTICS

Authorization: You must contact returns@elyazia.com to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions.

Shipping Costs: The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping.

Insurance: We strictly require that all returns be sent via a tracked and fully insured express service. ELYAZIA is not responsible for goods lost or damaged in transit.

5. REFUND PROCESSING

Once the Security Inspection is successfully completed, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved Refunds: The credit will be applied to your original method of payment (5–10 business days).
  • Note on Customs: Import duties, VAT, or local taxes paid by the customer to their local customs authority are non-refundable by ELYAZIA.

6. DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If you receive an item that is defective or not as described, you must notify us at support@elyazia.com within 48 hours of delivery. Please include high-resolution photographs.
