SHIPPING, LOGISTICS, AND CUSTOMS POLICY

At ELYAZIA, we understand that shipping solid 18K-24K gold and precious silver requires more than standard delivery; it requires a specialized, high-security logistics chain. Below are the terms governing the transit of your luxury assets.

1. HIGH-VALUE FULFILLMENT PROTOCOL

ELYAZIA utilizes a "Direct-to-Client" high-security fulfillment model to ensure the integrity of our solid precious metals.

  • Carriers: We exclusively partner with premium insured express couriers (FedEx, DHL, and Cloud Logistics).
  • No Standard Post: We do not utilize standard postal services for solid gold items due to high risk.
  • Packaging: All items are shipped in "Blind Packaging" with high-security tamper-evident seals.

2. PROCESSING AND TRANSIT TIMES

Order Processing: Please allow 2 to 4 business days for quality control and Laboratory Certification.

3. MANDATORY SIGNATURE & SECURITY

  • Signature Required: Every shipment requires a physical signature by an adult (21+).
  • No "Safe Place": Our insurance strictly prohibits leaving packages in mailboxes or porches.
  • Restrictions: We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO, or freight forwarding companies.

4. CUSTOMS, DUTIES, AND TAXES

When you purchase from ELYAZIA, you are the legal Importer of Record and are responsible for any government-levied charges in your destination country.

  • UAE & USA: Import duties (e.g., 5% UAE Customs Duty) are payable by the customer upon delivery to your local customs authority.
  • All Regions: All duties, VAT, and brokerage fees are the sole responsibility of the customer. ELYAZIA cannot predict or control government-imposed charges.

⚠ EU BUYER NOTICE

ELYAZIA does not currently hold an IOSS (Import One-Stop Shop) registration. EU buyers are therefore responsible for all local VAT and import duties which will be assessed and collected by your national customs authority upon delivery.

Additionally, EU product compliance (REACH Regulation) documentation is currently being verified with our fulfillment partners. EU orders are accepted on a case-by-case basis. Please contact logistics@elyazia.com prior to placing an EU order to confirm availability for your country.

5. ORDER TRACKING & INSURANCE

All shipments are fully insured against loss or damage. In the rare event of an issue, our legal team will handle the insurance claim directly with the carrier. You will receive a Secure Tracking Number upon dispatch.

6. THE "UNBOXING PROTOCOL"

For mutual protection, we strongly recommend filming a continuous, unedited video of the unboxing process. This video serves as primary evidence for any transit-related claims.
